Outer Fabric: Constructed from 100% polyester fiber with a composite waterproof and breathable membrane, designed to meet the protective requirements of prolonged outdoor riding in equestrian sports.
Pre-treatment: Prior to entering the factory, the fabric must pass a water repellency test of at least Grade 4 (ISO 4920). It is also treated with anti-static and anti-pilling finishes to prevent pilling caused by friction against saddles and reins during riding.
Waterproof Seam Taping: All stitched seams must undergo seamless sealing with heat-sealed tape to prevent water penetration through needle holes. This is the core technology of professional waterproof jackets.
Zipper System: The main zipper is a waterproof composite zipper with a rust-resistant pull tab. The side pocket zippers also feature a waterproof design to ensure the rider's personal items remain dry in rainy conditions.
Structural Tailoring:
The front panel features a double-layered flap design to enhance waterproofing in the chest area.
The back panel is slightly longer to cover the rider's lower back, preventing exposure when riding.
The side panels are cut with extra elasticity, paired with an adjustable drawstring at the hem, to balance freedom of movement and wind protection.
